Too often, I see promising talents stifled by unrealistic expectations and standards of perfection that prevent them from fully exploring their creative potential.
I believe we can inspire a culture of trust and creative exploration, where everyone feels free to express their unique vision of the world. By openly discussing these challenges and proposing solutions, we can help create an environment where creativity can truly flourish and change the world for the better.
During our first outings on newsstands, we were surprised and moved by the enthusiasm of children and young girls. Our unique jewelry, the open reactions to our products that are both fun and fun, clearly captivate the younger generations.

In opening this discussion, I want to explore ways to create an environment that nurtures young talent’s confidence, that encourages them to take risks and explore uncharted territories in their creativity. I want to talk about the importance of recognizing and celebrating the diversity of creative voices, rather than forcing them to fit into pre-established models.
