   • Prepaid return labels are available for all orders of $75 or more before taxes .

   • For orders under $75, you can use our prepaid label for a flat fee of $7.95 , which will be deducted from your refund.

   • Fast Refund : Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days of receipt of the return, via your original payment method.

   • Bonus Gift Card : Choose a gift card refund and receive a 10% bonus on your next purchase.

4. Our Quality Guarantee :

   • If a piece of jewelry has a manufacturing defect or an unexpected problem, we will replace it free of charge within 60 days of purchase .

Important Note : Gift cards are not eligible for cash refunds and cannot be exchanged for cash. All items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card.
